6 Nov 2014 (Thurs) This place gives me a 福满人间 feel. Yes i went to Youtube the song!
The fresh vegetable juice is heavenly!
I went to ask for the recipe! Chai Xin, Pineapple, Sour Plum and Secret Ingredients.. Really it is a must drink!
The lobster porridge is cooked Teochew style with loose rice grains swimming in rich golden soup enhanced with lobster roe and accompanied by bright springy lobster.
Honestly i did not eat any shrimp, my friends must have eaten them.
Chili sauce also specially made in house.
Premium and springy!
I like the Crispy Lotus with Salted Egg <3 We also had Half Shell Scallop in Yam Ring. Apologies the dish was all gone before i could take a photo!
I always wanted to have a place that serves up quality Chinese cuisine (my personal favourite) in a more casual and affordable setting. This is very much reflected in the dishes that we served. Using premium meat such as japanese kurobuta pork and wagyu to prepare dishes that are suited for the local palate.

Do not worry it is an air conditioned Chinese restaurant.
The number of awards is overwhelming. Check out Chef Lau Siaw Dee.
