Visited Three Cups Coffee Co on 26 July, Mr Michael and Sue were in the shop together with their cute son. Michael loves to cook and travels to Sydney often. Sue is specially trained under the Specialty Coffee Association Of Europe (SCAE) program.
Three good friends came together to serve us Great Coffee, D’lish Food & Friendship.
Michael shared with me the 3 cups of Coffee Blend; (a) Project Y: Organic Brazilian + Sumatran, (b) Single Origin: Columbian and (c) Handbrew: Rwanda Ethiopia (Cold Brew). For more details, you gotta ask him personally, over the weekends usually Michael and Sue are around. I am not a coffee expert, so pardon me if i get this wrong.
This dish is awesome!!! No turning back after eating this!!! As i write this article like few weeks later, i can still remember the balsamic baked cherry tomatoes, felt the warmth of the tomatoes ( i know this sounds crazy), the scrambled eggs with shaved parmesan cheese and the jumbo sausage!!!
Michael asked if i wanted dessert and i can’t remember much of what he said this is called.. ;p The ice cream started to melt while i was taking this photo..
I asked Michael, so what’s the #BEST dish, and he told me Three’s A Company. I do not have the stomach space to eat more, so here’s a photo. 🙂
