28 Nov 2014 (Fri) Check out the bakery, The Bread Table, owner chef Mr Joseph Lee lived in New York for seven years and there he enrolled in the French Culinary Institute to learn how to make bread.

The Sourdough bread requires 24 hours to make using flour, salt and water, without using instant yeast but only natural fermentation.
Have a cup of hot coffee with the cinnamon sticky buns! (I tried it, good!) A sweet buttery treat with rolled in cinnamon and sugar; and drizzles with generous batch of delightfully caramel sauce.

Chef Joseph spoke on the name of his shop, The Bread Table, i was touched. In the Bible, Elijah performed a miracle for a widow using the little oil she had to fill up many empty jugs. Chef Joseph felt his bakery and his resources are liken to the little oil where The Bread Table can pour oil ( life’s skills) into the broken lives, bringing hope and a future for them. (There is also a table to place bread in the Bible Old Testament which is call The Table of Showbread.)
