29 Jan 2015 (Thurs) Tea break went out of office to have Tai Parfait at Plaza Singapura. Teenagers and office ladies were there queuing. Had wanted to do a simple video but it was buzzling with people walking around. My creative director friend suggested another day to do filming. Erm.. the problem is, i am too busy at work since December to find time to do filming and some posts are not up yet.
Ok that is not my Valentine, below is Tai Parfait’s Valentine’s Day Special! He comes from Japan.
Here’s using Tai Parfait’s image to wish you all a Sweet Valentine’s Day. 😉
Here’s my experience of Tai Parfait’s Taiyaki. Ordering was easier than i thought! Sometimes i am intimidated by ordering processes, remembered it took me courage to order my first Subway N years ago.
Choose the kind of waffle base you would like.
Azuki, Matcha, Custard Cream or Chocolate.
After the basic base is done, add in the filling flavours.
The flavours as mentioned are azuki, matcha, custard cream and chocolate.
The handle bar close together and allow the waffles bases to be heated and formed as one.
A scope of Ice Cream was added.
Red Bean Paste added.
Green Tea Powder sprinkled!
The waffle can be quite hot as it is freshly made upon ordering. Do be careful while holding!
I like the chewy soft and moist texture of the waffle.
For my Strawberry Chocolate Soft Ice Cream
Check out the topping on the strawberry!
I met the management and marketing team of Tai Parfait in person at their Singapore office to find out more.
Tai Parfait was brought in by parent Japanese company: Dining Innovation Group, and Dinning Innovation Singapore manages Tai Parfait and would like to serve Singaporeans the best Taiyaki. #Inspiration
Tai Parfait’s #Best dish would be their Taiyaki.
(Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped cake of different filling, typically filled with azuki.)
