21 July 2014 (Mon) I had the privilege to meet with the owners of Restaurant SELA. A dynamic and friendly couple who always dream of opening their own restaurant and it took them 5 years to realise this dream. (; #INSPIRATION
Love this starter dish #BEST
From the picture, can you tell scallop is the main ingredient? Melts in my mouth…
Still on starter
Personally i prefer the steak, my friend Andrew loves the pork cheek.

Speaking of drinks, there is a range of house pour, white wine, red wine, champagne and beer, handpicked to be on SELA’s modern European menu. SELA is one of a handful of restaurants in Singapore who has Japanese Craft Beers. The Swanlake Koshihikari Rice Lager is from Niigata-ken, Japan.
If you ask me, Swanlake Porter is my choice. (;
SELA is open for business in the evenings currently and closed on Sunday. I really look forward to the lunch menu. The couple designed Restaurant SELA according to their taste as well.
Address: 32 Seah Street Singapore 188388
