Since writing my blog i have gained so much weight and really busy at work to keep up with the eating and writing.  I’m ready to add other “food” in this blog, those that feed me; perhaps digital marketing or business book, i will jot down the learning points, reviews in summary points and interesting quotes i came upon.

My colleagues said my blog Rina Loves Life should be Rina Loves Food instead. Well food is life right? Food, water and air keep us alive physically. So.. what are you feeding your body and soul?
