Crispy soft shell crab tossed in special sauce. I managed to share this soft shell crab with three of my friends.
Cheesy affair! Cheese and fish! We spent lots of time and effort experimenting with different ingredients and ratios trying to perfect this dish. And it has proved to be our fan’s favourite where the battered fish oozes cheese. #BEST – Fish Tales

Speaking on his inspiration: “I’ve always been an avid fan of fish and chips and felt that the flavour of fish and chips here in Singapore could be more savoury. Having stayed in Australia for 3 years, where fish and chips is very much a staple, and boy do they taste good. Thus the inspiration came to create affordable yet tasty fish and chips in Singapore!” #INSPIRATION
