7 Jan 2015 (wed) I had an exclusive lunch with Mr Nicholas Heng, the man who brought Yoogane to Singapore. It was a privilege to have him and his team welcoming my friends and I.
I had the chance to peep into the kitchen, it was all very well-organised and clean.
While waiting for the staff to get ready, drinks were served.
Above is the Korean specialities Demi-Soda.
No time to drink the juice, as usual camera eats and drinks first. Capture the food moment! Signature dish : Seafood Chicken Galbi #BestDish
Three plates going in soon!
No oil is added, chicken simmers and cooking with oil from the chicken.
Nothing is going to be overcooked!
Ramyeon noodles in! And then Sticky Noodles!
Dokboki (rice cake), Sweet Potato Dokboki and Mozarella Stuffed Dokboki.
The Kimchi is directly from Korea!
Mr Nicholas has a diverse background in finance and marketing. When he first ate Yoogane in Busan, Korea, he did not know how to speak Korean! He thought that Singaporeans will love the food as he did and then his team brought Yoogane in! He said that he is a risk taker! #Inspiration
On 1 May 2014, the first outlet in Bugis officially opened and the second outlet in Westgate opened shortly on 29 Nov 2014.
A food blogger must have some weight right? I’m a heavy weight blogger.
I took few videos, my Instagram account has it 😉
