29 September 2014 (Mon) I went to have a short interview with the owners of B.R.E.A.D. 😉

Do you know Buona Vista means good sight in Italian. I totally did not know that. Working near Buona Vista or in One-North? I’m sure you have already eaten from this foodshop.

B.R.E.A.D owners Ms Winnie and Chef Eric both have a soft spot for anything bread – breadition aka bread-addiction and hence B.R.E.A.D was conceptualised. #INSPIRATION

#BEST The highlight of the menu is the tartine, a toasted open-faced sandwich served with various toppings ranging from a wide range of vegetables and/or meats to cater to
herbivorous and carnivorous “bread-aholics”. After tasting the tartines, i fell in love with the bread they made and was glad to know they have vegetarian option too.

For this post, the photos with an asterisk * are taken by my friend Bosco who is a USA CPP certified professional photographer, he has been taking corporate and wedding photos for six years. I would also like to thank my friend Mel for introducing me to the owners of B.R.E.A.D.
